I edited my main image for my contents page in paint shop pro before moving it in to in design. I started off by using the smart photo fix tool to adjust the brightness, shadows, highlights and colours.

I then used the airbrush tool to erase any imperfections.

I then adjusted the brightness and contrast

And then used the selection tool to cut out Sarah from the background.

Here is my image with no background ready to move in to InDesign
